Our Community, Our Food Bank

Connecticut Foodshare supports individuals and families – from one end of the state to the other – by addressing root causes, creating long-term solutions, and distributing nutritious food through local partner programs in an effort to alleviate hunger.

INTRODUCING CONNECTICUT FOODSHARE

Our new logo represents collaboration, compassion, openness, perseverance, and a deep love for Connecticut and its people—the keys to achieving our mission.

Structured to support and respond.

  • Providing resources to a combined network of more than 700 partner programs, including food pantries, meal programs, and mobile distributions.

  • Creating meaningful opportunities for volunteers and donors from across Connecticut to make a difference for their neighbors.

  • Working toward comprehensive solutions that address immediate and long-term needs, bringing us closer to a future where no one has to worry about having enough food.

“In the seven months since we announced the joining of these two incredible organizations, we have accomplished more than I could have ever imagined. The need continues to be great – but we are both proud and ready to serve the entire state as Connecticut Foodshare. This truly is our community… and our food bank.”
